الوصف الوظيفي
Ø Perform hydro /Gas testing according to Route card and Quality Work instruction.
Ø Organize the QC Witness for products applicable .
Ø Ensure the testing fixture /closure bolts availability and report to supervisor .
Ø Record the test details on daily register and report .
Ø Communicating with supervisor if any related issues about operations.
Ø Inform to supervisor.
Ø Follow HSE rules and regulations.
Ø Report any incidents near miss to supervisor.
Ø The operator shall be able to read and understand the product characteristics given in the route card.

High school or ITI or Equivalent . |

Experience Requirements |
Minimum 5 year or above similar field experience |

Skills Requirements |
Good Communication skill to ability to read, write hydro reports and procedures. Knowledge in Hydrotest and Assembly of Flanges Bolting’s

Training Requirements |
API 6A /16A/7-1/5CT product Awareness . HSE Awareness to perform the pressure test |
